Policies for Permanent Makeup Services

Appointment Policy
All Permanent Makeup Service‘s require a $50-100 non-refundable deposit unless noted otherwise to reserve your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your service fee on your appointment day.
Due to Individuals skin tone, type and body chemistry being different, some may require 2 or more visits to achieve desired look. Although rare this may occur. Most permanent makeup services come with 1 Free perfecting touchup visit as noted in the description of each procedure. Any additional visits will follow the regular touch up pricing fees.


Cancellation Policy
A 72 Hour Notice is Required to cancel or change an appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 Hours Prior to scheduled appointment time, you will FORFEIT any deposits paid for service(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!!! An additional deposit will be required to reschedule or schedule a new permanent makeup service. Free touchups included with Permanent Makeup Services will be forfeited if less than 72 hours notice is given and they can be rescheduled for a fee of $150
Any other service(s) which do not require a deposit and is cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours, you may be asked to put down a deposit or pay in full to reschedule.


No Show Policy
Any client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment will FORFEIT any deposits paid for those missed appointments, and be required to pay in full to reschedule service(s). Any FREE touchupw will be forfeited if missed and will be charged a fee of $150 to reschedule.


Late Policy
Any client whom is 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule and will FORFEIT the deposit for scheduled service(s). A new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Scheduling is very structured, and Julia’s time is very important aswell as other clients arriving for their appointments. It is only professional and fair not keep others waiting when they arrive on time for their appointments. If you are running 15 minutes late and Julia feels your appointment can still be performed in the alloted time left, she will be glad to perform your service, but may have to be cut short due to the tardiness, and arrival of the next client. Please keep in mind of Snowbird season in SWFL and the additional travel time that may be needed. Please allow plenty of travel time.


Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Deposits are required for Permanent Makeup Services.
The balance of your service is due in full prior to commencement of your service(s). Only cash or credit cards are excepted for final payments. If you have a gift certificate or any other type of coupon, it will be deducted from the final balance day of service, a deposit is still required and all policies stand.
